Receptionist and greeter for department. Will direct visitors, answer phone, schedule conference room, and assist with calendars for three executive level staff members.

Essential Functions

Act as primary receptionist, greet and direct visitors, answer multi-line phone; schedule conference room - Process mail, maintain electronic correspondence logs using FilemakerPro. Assist 2 assistant deans and a director with their calendars, correspondence (mostly email) - Special requests as needed.

Marginal/Incidental functions

Other related functions as assigned.

Required qualifications

High school graduation or GED. Three years experience with clerical functions. Experience using PC or Macintosh computer. Proficient knowledge of FilemakerPro,and Microsoft Office. Demonstrated excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Recent experience as a receptionist, with excellent customer service skills, in an executive office. Regular and punctual attendance. Professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

Three plus years of the required clerical experience.
