Additional Information


Coordinate all projects through from intake to completion. Assist creatively where necessary, including but not limited to copy editing, art direction, photography and print production. Serve as communication hub for marketing projects.

Essential Functions

Oversee the workflow of all the University Housing and Dining marketing projects. Assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedule and lead weekly team status meetings. Work with team to create and manage project estimates and timelines. Operate as a communication hub between all stakeholders who touch an assigned project Communicate with print vendors to determine and acquire resources as needed using knowledge of print industry, including but not limited to print methods and materials. Manage marketing project ticket system. Work with purchasing and accounting teams to process all purchase orders and invoices.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Four years of professional experience in a related industry field. Proficient using Microsoft Office programs, specifically, MSWord, MSExcel and Outlook. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications

More than 4 years of project management experience in related industry field. Highly developed communications and organizational skills. Ability to multi task and manage several projects simultaneously. Knowledge of print industry, including but not limited to print methods and materials. Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License.
