Until 3:00 p.m. on July 16th, My UT Benefits was ignoring any change to life insurance when the following conditions were met: (1) Member was an employee (2) Member had a life level of Subscriber Family (SFM) (3) Member did NOT make any change to Subscriber plan/level/times salary (4) Member DID make a change to dependent life amount ($10k/$25k/$50k). In the scenario above, the change was not recognized. The source of the problem can be traced to an error in Year Round Enrollment development. The problem has been identified, fixed, tested, and moved to production. |
