The Journal is an excellent source of information on current issues in civil rights and constitutional law.

The Journal was formed in 1992 by a group of law students wishing to facilitate a scholarly discussion on the state of civi rights America by publishing cutting edge articles at the intersection of law, politics, and society written by judges, lawyers, professors and fellow students. The Journal continues to publish two issues in its upcoming volume.

We are supported by the Individual Rights and Responsibilities Section of the State Bar of Texas, where members provide us with funding and guidance, as well as a healthy readership base.

The Texas Journal on Civil Liberties Civil Rights is of particular importance to the national and international legal community. Thank you for your interest. We look forward to including you among our family of subscribers.
