Assessment Kit N224 - Can be picked up in room 5.196 during office hours

The Assessment Kit provides necessary supplies for your N224 Health Assessment Course. You are not required to purchase this kit through UTSON and more than welcome to purchase the items on your own. Each assessment kit contains the following supplies:

• Scissors Bandage 5.5'
• Forceps, Hemastat 5.5'
• Penlight Pupil Reusable
• B-P Cuff Adult
• Thermometer Sheaths Digital (100)
• Thermometer Digital Oral
• Pulse Oximeter
• Alcohol Wipes (to wipe down between use)

The only item not included in this kit is a stethoscope.

PLEASE NOTE: This kit is NOT the same thing as the N127P lab pack. You HAVE to order the lab pack for N127 separately through the link emailed to you by the School of Nursing.

Refund Policy: If this item is returned to the LEAP Center in gently used working condition with all items included and is no longer required for use, the student will receive a refund of $20.00.
