Calorie FIT
Measures resting metabolic rate (RMR) using Body Gem Analyzer
Calorie FIT uses the Parvo Medics TrueOne 2400 metabolic cart
to measure your resting caloric expenditure (resting metabolic
rate).
With your Calorie FIT profile you will be able to:
- estimate the total number of calories you expend each day
- determine your recommended calorie and nutrition needs to
achieve your goals
- determine if your resting metabolic rate
is low average or high.
Appointments are scheduled for 90 min
first thing in the morning. Requires 12 hour fast and no
exercise.
