10 One-on-One Sessions with a KIN Student

Our KIN students are eager to get you healthier this year! If you would like extra training outside of Get FIT - personal training may be perfect for you! You will be matched with a KIN student that best fits your training schedule.

Benefits of personal training:
-Goal specific programming
- Individualized attention
- Accountability and motivation
-Exercise correction and progression

Trainings will be held in either BEL608A or BEL966.*Trainings may be done virtually if absolutely necessary.
$100 for 10 sessions

The 10 sessions need to be performed March 18th - April 26th.

Sessions are spent with students who are training for course credit in their undergraduate studies. YOU MUST ATTEND 10 SESSIONS.
