This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.

45 min Classes
All Level Classes


- T/TH at 12pm - Zoe
- Fridays at 8am - Anea
- Wednesdays at 5:30pm - Kaila

Sessions begi on January 17th and end April 21st (no classes 3/13 - 3/17)
No refunds after first week of classes. Classes in person will ma out at 20. 6 participant minimum for class to make.
