An 11-week yoga class held at Bellmont Hall/Zoom
This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.

45 min Classes
All Level Classes


- M/W at 1:30pm - Zoe
- Fridays 12:15pm - Nikita

Sessions begin on June 6th and end August 22nd
-No refunds after first week of classes.

Yo may choose to either Zoom or come in- person. Classes in person will max out at 15. 6 participant minimum for class to make.
