A 4-week yoga class held at Bellmont Hall/Zoom
This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.

45 min Classes
All Level Classes


- Mondays 12-12:45pm

Sessions begin on November 27th and end December 18th. We recommend having a mat, blocks, and straps to help assist in your practice.
No refunds after first week of classes. Classes in person will max out at 20. 6 participant minimum for class to make.
