FIT to EAT is an 13 week nutrition and
behavior change class that focuses on teaching you how to adhere
to a healthier lifestyle. Led by Dr. Brittany Crim, our
Registered Dietitian who specializes in behavior change and
lifestyle management.
Program Includes:

Pre-recorded Videos (30 min)
-1 Live Weekly Group Meeting
(Q&A) with Dr. Crim, Thursdays 12-1pm
