12 Week Access to 36 Pre-recorded Yoga Classes
These classes are designed to help improve your flexibility,
increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.
Participants are asked to have 2 blocks and a strap. You may come
to FIT to check these out.
You will have access to 60 videos
for 12 weeks

Classes will be sent out via Google Doc for you to
participate at your convenience and can be viewed via YouTube.
