12 Week Access to 36 Pre-recorded Yoga Classes

These classes are designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress. Participants are asked to have 2 blocks and a strap. You may come to FIT to check these out.

You will have access to 60 videos for 12 weeks
The next session is August 29th - November 18th

Classes will be sent out via Google Doc for you to participate at your convenience and can be viewed via YouTube.
