An 11-week yoga class held at BEG
This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.

45 min Classes held on Zoom OR in-person

All Level Classes:

- Mondays at 12pm with Leslie

Sessions begin on August 29th and end November 18th (No class on Labor day)
-No refunds after first week of classes.

Classes in person will max out at 10. 6 participant minimum for class to make. Class location and/or Zoom link will be sent out after registration.
