An 11-week yoga class held at Bellmont Hall/Zoom
This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.

45 min Classes

All Level Classes:

- Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30pm with Zoe

- Fridays at 12:15pm

Sessions begin on June 6th and August 22nd (No Class July 4th ). No refunds after first week of classes.

You may choose to do Zoom come in-person.
