A 12-week yoga class held at Bellmont Hall/Zoom
This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.

45 min Classes
All Level Classes

Sessions begin on May 6th and end July 29th.
No refunds after first week of classes. Classes in person will max out at 20. 6 participant minimum for class to make.
