12-week yoga class held at Bellmont Hall/Zoom
This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.


45 min Classes
All Level Classes


IN-PERSON OR ZOOM CLASSES:

- Mondays from 12-12:45pm

- Wednesdays from 12-12:45pm

Sessions begin January 26th and end April 24th. We recommend having mat, two blocks, and straps to help assist in your practice. Recordings are also sent out in case you miss or want to do again.
No refunds after first week of classes. Classes in person will max out at 20 participant minimum for class to make. If you are a non-UT employee parking for each class is $6 in garage or meter parking in front of stadium.
