8-week yoga class held at Bellmont Hall/Zoom
This yoga class is designed to help improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and help you relieve stress.


45 min Classes
All Level Classes


IN-PERSON OR ZOOM CLASSES:
- Mondays at 12pm
-Tuesdays at 10am
- Wednesdays at 9:30am
- Thursdays at 1pm
All Classes taught by Zoe Mantarakis

Sessions begin on February 24th and end April 24th.
No refunds after first week of classes. If you are a non-UT employee, you will have to pay for parking for classes. Garage parking is $6 for the class.
