Aerobic FIT
Measures maximal oxygen consumption, max heart rate, and training zones
Aerobic FIT uses a treadmill, bike or rowing ergometer to
determine your aerobic fitness by measuring or estimating your
maximal oxygen consumption (VO2). Maximal heart rate and training
heart rate zones to improve your aerobic fitness are also
determined.
With your Aerobic FIT profile you will be able to:
- develop and maintain a better aerobic training program
- determine your optimal training intensity
- compare
your aerobic fitness with others of your age gender and sport
- track your changes in aerobic fitness
Add a lactate
