One-on-One with a trained fitness professional
Each individual consultation includes:
- An initial 90-
minute one-on-one consultation with a trained fitness
professional along with your choice of additional 60-min training
sessions
- Education about how to accomplish your specific
goals
- Proper Exercise Prescription designed specifically
for you and your goals
- Exercise demonstration and training
session
- Behavioral Analysis
