Conflict Dynamics Profile-Individual online assessment

CDP-I online assessment and feedback session The CDP-I is an online instrument that assesses conflict behaviors in the workplace, increases self-awareness of conflict triggers (hot buttons) and provides alternative approaches for more effective conflict resolution. You will receive an individualized feedback report and 60-minute review session with a certified facilitator. The CDP-I was developed at Eckerd College.
