Of today’s reports, seven out of ten relate to peoples lack of control of bodily functions, driving while impaired, and other dangerous behavior brought on by the over-consumption of alcohol. We are fortunate no one was injured. It is up to each one of us to be responsible for our behavior if we go out to “party.” Plan ahead- take a taxi, designate a driver, or phone a friend.
