These are the three action items that a thief needs in order to commit a crime. Many of the reported property crimes that occur at UT have involved two people, the victim and the thief. The thief brings desire and ability with them; they are looking for the person that allows for the opportunity for them to commit the theft. 2300 BLOCK SAN JACINTO Assist Outside Agency / Possession of Marijuana: A white Honda was observed traveling northbound in the 2200 Block of San Jacinto, displaying an expired registration sticker. The driver stated that she had purchased the vehicle in April and that the dealer had gone out of business.
