Crime Prevention Tip of the Day: Finals are in less than 48 hours and it is crunch time for some students. For many thieves, they look upon this time as a bonanza. There will be so many opportunities to apply their trade and so many chances to steal. There will be so many students that will present themselves as an easy target. Take time to safeguard your personal property and your buddy's. CAMPUS WIDE: Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, The University of Texas Police Department responded to 58 alarm calls, 2 suspicious persons calls, 2 medical calls, 2 collision reports, and 15 unsecured buildings between 05-04-07 and 05-07-07. Contact UT Police at 471-4441 if you have any information regarding any of the above incidents or call 911 regarding suspicious persons, suspicious activities or crime.
