The staff member declined and offered to stand outside his car while he pressed the brake pedal. As soon as the staff member's husband arrived the unknown male quickly left the area. We do not know what this person's intentions were / are, but a UT staff member was thinking on her feet. Great Job! Since April of 2001, our department has been teaching a women's self defense class called RAD. In this class we stress to everyone about listening to your in intuition. When something does not seem right, chances are they are not. 2400 BLOCK SAN JACINTO BLVD. Assist Outside Agency: A UT student was observed pushing a mountain bicycle with a broken chain and a flat tire. During the investigation, the officer soon discovered that the subject had an outstanding outside agency warrant for Consumption of Alcohol.
