Neither subject knew one-another before this incident. The victim was offended by the spitting, and felt pain from the slap – with regard to the brandishing of a knife and the threat against her life, I guess we can all agree that is just the wrong thing to do. The subject claimed he had not gone out for a drink since “last summer.” Based on his statements and his level of intoxication, one might think the subject never came back from his drinking trip “last summer.” The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a danger to himself. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was deemed to be driving while intoxicated.
