The subject had a wet spot on the front of his pants that he explained away as, well, what it was. The subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for the consumption of alcohol in an area where prohibited. The subject was also found in possession of a capped hypodermic needle for which the subject admitted was used to deliver heroin into his body. Occurred on 03/20/09 at 10:03 p.m. UNIVERSITY of TEXAS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 2200 East 6th Street Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject was observed standing outside of the school perimeter fence with his back to the school. The officer observed the subject looking at a folder while moving his hand in a rhythmic motion by the front of his pants. The folder the subject was looking at contained a magazine of an adult nature. Upon seeing the officer, the subject made a movement that led the officer to believe the subject was “tucking something into his pants.” The officer did not observe enough evidence to prove a crime like say indecent exposure or disorderly conduct had occurred, but certainly perceived enough to determine the subject was no longer welcome anywhere around the area. The subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning. Occurred on Sunday, 03/22/09 at 9:42 a.m. 2000 Speedway Consumption of Alcohol by A Minor (3 counts): A UT student was stopped for running a stop sign and speeding while driving a gold 2002 Honda Civic. Occurred on 03/21/09 at 3:11 a.m. 400 East 23rd Street Disorderly Conduct (gesture): A non-UT subject who admittedly angry in general and at “Texas” allowed his anger to get the best of him as he demonstrated his belief that he was number 1 by extending a single finger in the air toward a UT Student – the finger in question was not one normally used to advertise one's superiority. The student was offended by this display.
