Come join us on Face Book at: http://www.facebook.com/#!/utaustinpolice TAYLOR HALL, #8 East Mall Suspicious Person: A UT faculty member discovered an unknown subject inside sleeping inside one of the closed classrooms. The unknown subject awoke and took off like a shot and ran from the area. The subject left area carrying a backpack and a blanket. The subject was described as: Asian male, 30 years of age and was wearing a blue shirt, shorts and a white ball cap. Occurred on: 6-17-10, at 8:17 AM. CAMPUS WIDE: Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, the University of Texas Police Department responded to 13 alarm calls, 1 public assist request and 2 unsecured door reports between 06/17/10 and 06/18/10.
