Crime Prevention Tip I venture to say this occurred as a parking garage patron did not wish to pay the fee for parking. This case is being investigated and will no doubt lead to the person responsible being located. Hopefully, when that time comes, the person responsible will realize the damage to their car, the cost of paying for the repairs to the control arm and the criminal record was much more expensive than that of the parking garage fee.
