A second student was standing over the student yelling “Oh My God, Oh My God”. During the investigation, the officer learned the students had been skateboarding downhill when one student stopped abruptly, hitting the ground. That student was transported to a local area hospital. Both students were issued verbal warning about skateboarding on campus. Occurred on: 12-16-10, at 7:48 PM. Crime Prevention Tip: Skateboarding, rollerblading and skating are banned on campus for obvious reasons. Two of the subjects were on the ground pummeling each other. The officer needed the assistance of a small hand held device that provides a powerful shock to halt the mêlée. After the combatants were separated and secured from any other altercations, the officers began investigating the cause of the fight. The officers detected a very strong odor of alcohol on the breaths of the suspects. During the investigation, the officer learned the two suspects had been disruptive inside a local establishment and the manager had told them to leave.
