Campus Watch: Below is a summary of campus activity reported to or observed by the University Police Department between Tuesday, 01/04/11 Wednesday, 01/05/11. UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING, 1616 Guadalupe Graffiti: Words written in white paint were discovered in four separate areas around the building. Estimated loss: Unknown at this time. Discovered on: 1-4-11 at 9:24 AM. 2000 BLOCK GUADALUPE Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was discovered laying in a pool of water along the sidewalk. During the investigation, the officer detected a very strong odor of alcohol on the subject’s breath and noted other signs of intoxication. The subject did inform the officer that he had drank way too much and wanted to go home. The subject was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and was transported to Central Booking, his home away from home, where the light is always left on. Occurred on: 1-04-11, at 9:26 AM. CAMPUS WIDE: Non-Criminal Calls: In addition to the above criminal cases, the University of Texas Police Department responded to 10 Alarm Calls, 1 Light Malfunction, and 5 Unsecured Door reports between 01/04/11 and 01/05/11.
