Campus Watch: Below is a summary of campus activity reported to or observed by the University Police Department between Tuesday, 08/09/11 and Wednesday, 08/10/11. CAROTHERS DORMITORY, 2501 Whitis Ave Suspicious Activity: A UT student observed an unknown subject loading materials from a construction site. The unknown subject saw the student walking by and attempted to conceal his actions. During the investigation, the officers searched the area with negative results. Occurred on: 8-09-11, at 10:23 PM. 1900 BLOCK SPEEDWAY Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject was discovered sleeping inside an established campsite. During the investigation, the subject informed the officers that he was unaware he was on UT property. The subject was issued a written Criminal Trespass Warning and was escorted from the area. Occurred on: 8-09-11, at 2:10 AM. Crime Prevention Tip of the Day: For the parents of this year's incoming freshman class, the countdown for the fall 2011 semester has started. There are 8 days left before the first day of Moove-In. You are now in the home stretch.
