Public Intoxication: A UT Police Officer observed a UT student staggering next to the roadway wearing an ensemble lacking in thread count and length. During the investigation, the officer detected a very strong odor of alcohol on the student’s breath and noted other signs of intoxication. When asked about where her shoes were, the student replied that she did not believe in shoes and had left them in the back of a cab after having consumed too much alcohol.
