Campus Watch: Below is a summary of campus activity reported to or observed by The University Police Department Patrol Officers between Tuesday, 01/05/16 and Wednesday, 01/06/16. GUADALUPE GARAGE, 417 W 17th St Graffiti: While patrolling, a UTPD officer noticed black marker on a sign in the garage. Estimated removal cost: $50.00. Discovered on 01/05/16 at 8:01 AM. FRANK ERWIN CENTER, 1701 Red River St Theft: A non-UT visitor reported the loss of an unattended cellphone. Estimated loss value: $500. Occurred on 01/05/16 at 8:30PM. 2500 Block of Whitis Ave Criminal Trespass: UTPD Dispatch received a report of a sleeping person at this location. UTPD officers checked on the person and found that he was not in medical distress. Officers issued a written Criminal Trespass Warning to the subject. Occurred on 01/05/16 at 11:56 PM. The University of Texas Police Department responded to 22 Alarm Reports, 10 Traffic Violations, 4 Suspicious Activity Reports, 1 Unsecured Door Report, 2 Collisions, 1 Medical Emergency, 1 Emergency Police “Call Box” Activation, 1 Found Property Report, and 2 Public Assist Requests between 01/05/16 and 01/06/16.
