FRANK ERWIN CENTER, 1701 Red River St Theft: A non-UT visitor reported the loss of an unattended cellphone. Estimated loss value: $500. Occurred on 01/05/16 at 8:30PM. 2500 Block of Whitis Ave Criminal Trespass: UTPD Dispatch received a report of a sleeping person at this location. UTPD officers checked on the person and found that he was not in medical distress. Officers issued a written Criminal Trespass Warning to the subject. Occurred on 01/05/16 at 11:56 PM.
