THEO BELLMONT HALL, 2109 San Jacinto Theft / Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject was reported to have stolen a camouflage bandana from the UT Longhorn Limited Store located on the west side of the building. Over the course of six days, the subject checked 89 text books out of the library. The subject failed to return the books by their due date. The multitude of attempts to contact the subject failed as the contact information associated with the library card proved to be fictitious. Loss value: $10,150. Occurred between 04/07/16 and 04/12/16. 2300 Guadalupe Public Intoxication: A UT patrol officer observed a non-UT subject standing on the side of the road. The subject was swaying back and forth, to and fro with is head tilted back. The subject's gyrating movements had no bearing on his ability to hold a beer in his hand. The subject stumbled to a near-by alleyway and began to relinquish some of the processed beer from his system. Upon seeing the police officer, the subject turned and began to stumble away. Unfortunately for the subject, he hadn't finished what he was doing when he attempted his get-away. The evidence of that fact was running down his pant legs when the officer made the stop. The subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was a danger to himself. Occurred on 06/02/16 at 12:43 a.m. 2300 Guadalupe Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was reported as yelling at pedestrians as he made his way down the street. When stopped, the subject claimed he had not done anything wrong and was yelling out of excitement over receiving his paycheck. The subject told the officer there may be a warrant out for his arrest.
