Campus Watch: Below is a summary of campus activity reported to or observed by The University Police Department Patrol Officers between Monday, 08/01/16 and Tuesday, 08/02/16. O'HENRY HALL, 601 Colorado Street Graffiti: A UTPD guard discovered graffiti on the east exterior of this building. Estimated cost of removal: $200. Reported at 6:28 p.m. on 08/01/16. 1900 BLOCK OF SAN JACINTO ST Driving While License Invalid: UTPD officers were patrolling the area and noticed a vehicle traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. After stopping the non-UT driver, our officers discovered the subject did not have a driver's license and had previous convictions for driving without a license. The driver was placed under arrest and taken to the county jail. Occurred at 10:01 p.m. on 08/01/16. The University of Texas Police Department responded to 11 Alarm Reports, 9 Traffic Violations, 14 Suspicious Activity Reports, 12 Foot Patrols, 3 Police “Emergency Help†Callbox Activations, 1 Medical Assist Request, 1 Unsecured Door Report, and 1 Public Assist between 08/01/16 and 08/02/16.
