Reported on 08/23/16 at 10:03 p.m. SAN JACINTO RESIDENCE HALL, 309 East 21st Street Theft: A black Specialized mountain bike was stolen after it was left unsecured at the bicycle racks located on the northeast side of the residence hall. The owner left the bicycle unsecured as her u-lock was not working properly. Loss value: $400.00.
