Voting ends on December 9th, and we'll publish your rankings the following week. *** WALTER WEBB HALL, 405 West 25th Street Graffiti: A patrolling UTPD noticed that someone left a message on the side of this building in red and black spray paint. Sadly, the officer was unable to determine what the writing said and the message remains a mystery. Estimated cost of removal: $200. Discovered on 11/28/16 at 10:12 a.m. The University of Texas Police Department responded to 11 Alarm Reports, 8 Traffic Violations, 15 Suspicious Activity Reports, 1 Welfare Concern, 4 Foot Patrols, 1 Found Property Report, 1 Medical Emergency, 1 Police “Emergency Help” Callbox Activation, and 4 Public Assists between 11/28/16 and 11/29/16.
